Wes brings over 26 years of experience from the financial services industry with over 16 of those years focused on mortgages and relationship building. Thriving on helping people overcome financial challenges, Wes focuses on helping clients problem-solve their way into financial success. This ability, as well as his drive to lead others, allowed him to go from being a single loan officer to building a successful mortgage team at New Penn Financial. It was during these years he encountered home sellers who needed unique financial solutions to provide them with the highest rate of return on their investment. So, in 2017 he founded Listing Profit which has since grown to doing business in multiple states and continues to expand rapidly by remodeling with no upfront cost.
